thanks for your comment on my blog about the bird... i've just learned so much from G. lately about His views on tattoos, and it's broken my heart since I already had mine designed and everything. and the words you read in that blog -- I heard them directly from his mouth (the ones in huge lettering). So for me there was no denying it -- i couldn't go ahead with my plan to get a tattoo. but i do believe it can be different for everybody.... sigh. love you! :) em.

Thanks so much for including us on your journey. Tonight I was blessed with an inability to sleep and sat down to read all your posts. I was deeply touched and moved by the beautiful tragedy that is each person's life. We hear so much about the pain and suffering in the world, and while I do care deeply, I feel so far removed from it. Thank you for sharing their stories.
